Return Policy

We will gladly refund all full priced, unwashed/unworn/tagged merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

“Final sale” means final sale, period. If you do get stuck with something on final sale that doesn't work for you, sell it on Youer Rediscovered.

 

What counts as final sale? Anything discounted on our site and during certain sales events (details below).

  • Warehouse Sales
  • Women Led Wednesday/Black Friday
  • Memorial Day Sale
  • Flash Sales

 

    Refunds may not be issued if products:

    • have pet hair
    • have deodorant marks
    • have noticeable odor (body odor or other)
    • have been laundered (or smell of laundry soap)
    • are labeled 'clearance' or 'final sale'
    • have visible signs of wear 
    • are missing tags (you may be charged a fee to replace the tags) 

     

      If you send something back to us that meets any of the above criteria, don't expect a courtesy email explaining why you didn't get refunded, and don't expect us to ship it back to you. It costs our team a lot of money to examine it and we're not covering the return shipping to you.

      Once we receive your item(s) and verify quality, we will refund you the cost of the returned merchandise minus a flat rate of $11 (per order) for the return shipping/handling (US only, at this time we're not able to accept international returns).

      DO NOT simply ship your product back to the return address on your package. You MUST use our platform to generate a pre-paid return label so we're able to track your stuff. We can't guarantee that you'll get a full refund if you use a shipping label other than the one we've provided.

      Returns take up to 10 business days to be processed once they arrive at our facility. Once we process your refund, you will be automatically emailed. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment, and your payment provider may take additional time to post to your account.  If your purchase was made with a gift card, you will be refunded a credit onto the same gift card. If you used a Youer Rediscovered discount code, we’ll either make it so the same code is able to be reused or send a gift card for the partial discount code amount.

       

      Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes/colors can now be done through our return portal - please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and will not be processed until the return is received. In the event that we no longer have the desired exchange item in stock, we'll issue a refund. If you want to exchange for a different product, initiate a return and make a new purchase in our return portal and we'll waive our $11 return fee.

      International returns/exchanges: please note, at this time we are unable to process or accept international returns.

      Canceled orders: Please note, any orders that you wish to cancel after placing are subject to a $5 restocking fee. 

      Local pickup: We are only able to hold orders for 90 days, at which time any items will be automatically restocked and the order cancelled. We have a small space and sadly can't hold onto items for long periods of time.

      *Note: We do not offer price adjustments on sales events, taking place after the time of your purchase. Discounts (including referral and affiliate) cannot be applied retroactively. Once your package has left our facility the contents are no longer our liability. We offer Navidium Shipping Protection for an additional cost at checkout to cover lost, stolen or damaged packages.
