Shipping policy

We pack orders every Monday/Thursday and those will ship every Tuesday/Friday, respectively. We’re only human and are a tiny team that wears many hats! The exception is when we have a product launch or big sale – we strive to get packing immediately following a launch, but in the event of a delay we’ll do our best to keep you updated. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.

If you’re in the lower 48, we use UPS SurePost - UPS picks up the package and takes it to your local post office where it is then handed off to USPS who takes care of the last mile of delivery. If you’re in AK, HI or outside the U.S. your order will be shipped USPS First Class/Priority depending on weight and destination. IMPORTANT: If USPS does not recognize your physical address, PLEASE use your P.O. Box or leave us a note during checkout requesting UPS Ground to your residence.

We ship all over the globe, and your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. We DO NOT offer international returns at this time.
